Mission & Values

Heart health, out loud.

Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is a condition where an extra electrical pathway in the heart can cause episodes of a very fast heartbeat. It's often manageable and, for many people, treatable — but it's also frequently under-recognized, especially in younger, otherwise healthy people who assume a racing heart is just anxiety or nerves. Awareness is the first step to getting the right care.

RTHM is not a medical provider and this page is not medical advice. If you or someone you know experiences a racing, fluttering, or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, or unexplained chest discomfort, talk to a doctor or cardiologist. Organizations like the American Heart Association (heart.org) are a good place to start learning more.

Movement & resilience

We believe activewear should do more than look good in motion — it should support the kind of consistent, sustainable movement that's good for a body and a heart that's already working hard enough. Resilience, to us, isn't about pushing through pain. It's about showing up again tomorrow.

How we try to walk the talk

  • A portion of proceeds from Heartbeat Collection pieces supports heart-health awareness efforts.
  • We label the pieces tied most directly to this mission so you know where your money is going.
  • We'll keep sharing what we learn about WPW and heart health as the brand grows — this page will grow with it.
